I am a degree qualified clinical Nutritionist with a practice in Mosman, Sydney. I also work globally via Telehealth.
I have a passion for taking a highly individualised approach and getting to the root cause of health conditions. Diet is a key component, and I am excited to offer the Metabolic Balance Program in my clinic, to empower clients to fuel your body for optimal health. By eating in harmony with your body, using scientific research that is unique to you, you can completely rebalance your hormones, reduce inflammation and reset your metabolism long term.

Information on practice
As well as being a certified Metabolic Balance practitioner, I also use appropriate functional testing tools to uncover any underlying health issues. My approach includes:
- Healing your gut to help you absorb and utilise nutrients better.
- Healing your liver so you can eliminate toxins better but also process nutrients better.
- Working on your adrenals/thyroid/HPA axis so you can deal with stress better and not burn through nutrients so quickly.
- Using “food as medicine”. An ideal diet of nutrient dense wholefoods, plant and animal grass-fed foods, probiotics and healthy fats to nourish the body. Nothing processed or artificial.
