About 18 years ago I combined my love of food with my passion for health and well-being and went back to school. I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition gaining certification as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN).
I have continued my studies over the years and am now a Metabolic Balance Coach, Certified Sports Nutrition Consultant (CSNC), Certified Reiki Master, Colon Hydrotherapist, and Certified Yoga Teacher.
I take a holistic approach for improving your well-being in a relaxed, comfortable and compassionate environment where we can explore new ways for you to enjoy optimum health and vitality.
